Eilaboun – Linga

Light for All Nations ministry, along with the Evangelical Convention in Israel, hosted a revival meeting at Abu Zeid hall in Eilaboun. The event drew more than one thousand attendees from different evangelical churches around the country.
The meeting was opened with welcoming words by Aziz Daeen, Chairman of the Evangelical Convention. Daeen gave warm wishes to all the mothers in recognition of Mother’s Day and wished everyone a blessed Easter holiday. He encouraged the evangelical community to keep working together in unity and love in Christ. This was followed by a prayer from Pastor Botrus Ghrayeb.

Shamaa, a popular Christian singer from Morocco, shared a testimony about forgiveness and followed this by performing a well known Moroccan Christian song entitled, “My Precious Jesus.” The Lord is My Banner team accompanied Shamaa with a medley of praise and worship songs.

Pastor Nizar Shaheen, Director and Founder of Light for All Nations, delivered the revival message. He focused on the ultimate sacrifice that Jesus made and his offer of salvation, freedom, healing and eternal life. He preached from Revelation 2:2 and spoke about the Ephesian church and the devastation it incurred because of its lack of love towards the Lord. Shaheen challenged everyone to return to their first love of Jesus Christ. He gave an altar call at the end of the message.

Pastor Shaheen closed the message by praying for healing and grace for the churches and also that the Lord would revive the local church.
