Linga- Nazareth

Following the morning service on Sunday, June 13th, the Nazarene Church in Nazareth held a baptism service for 15 members at the Yardenit site on the Jordan River. They gathered for lunch at a nearby park before performing the service.

Before baptism, each participant shared his or her testimony and professed their desire to follow Christ in obedience. Everyone sang, “I Have Decided to Follow Jesus” as they entered the water.

Following the baptism, Pastor Nizar Touma prayed for the new members and asked the Lord for a special blessing on their lives.

The Linga team wishes to offer congratulations to these brothers and sisters and will continue lifting them in prayer.
