On December 23rd 2010 Israel College of the Bible celebrated Christmas on its new campus, with all students participating – Arab, Jewish and internationals, as well as staff, faculty and the worship team.

The celebration begun as ICB president Dr. Erez Soref greeted all participants, and prayed in Hebrew, followed by prayers in Arabic by pastor Ihab Ashkar, and in English by professor Larry Goldberg.
The worship team led in Christmas songs in three languages, Arabic, Hebrew and English.  Thomas Damianos followed in talking about the significance of Christmas to Jews, Arabs, and all nations, and explained the holiday’s symbols and the identity of Christmas for Christians worldwide.

The main speech was by Carlos Damianos, evangelist and ICB graduate – “not just a child, but a Savior is born” – expositing the significance of the incarnation, that fulfilled the prophecies, and through which we are all saved.

The party culminated as Santa Claus arrived and distributed gifts to all participants!  Thomas Damianos concluded in prayer, wishing all participants a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year – and all participated in a special festive meal!
