On Saturday, June 4th Life Agape ministry hosted the monthly minister’s meeting at the La Fontana de Maria restaurant in Nazareth. The ministers and their wives gathered for a time of fellowship and discussion over lunch.
Salim Hanna opened the meeting with welcoming words on behalf of Life Agape ministry, offering a word of prayer and blessing over the meeting.

Samer Botrous, director of Life Agape, welcomed all the attendees. He gave a presentation about the ministry and shared the goals and vision of Life Agape: to reach people with the gospel and build up workers in the field. This was followed by a video clip showing four testimonies on how Life Agape changes lives.

Mr. Botrous also shared about future projects, including the Back to Jerusalem project, outreach in Spain, Christmas program and the media center. Pastor Majdi Anwar shared about the importance of prayer and its powerful effect on the lives of those in ministry.

Rajaei Samawei presented the Back to Jerusalem program plans. The event will be held at the YMCA in Jerusalem from July 4-6, 2011. The theme will be Prayer and Missions and key note speakers will include Pastor Deckran and Pastor Henry Aoun.

Rev. Dr. Munir Kakish, Chairman of the Evangelical Convention in the Holy Land (Palestine), shared a word on behalf of the convention and leaders in the West Bank. Rania Sayegh announced the upcoming Global Day of Prayer, which will be held next Sunday, June 12th. The event will be preceded by training held on June 10th at Acre Baptist Church.

Azeez Daaem, Chairman of the Evangelical Convention in Israel, thanked all the attendees for their presence and spoke about the importance of partnering in ministry, leadership and sacrificial giving.

Pastor David Grosclose announced a one-year training program intended to equip church leaders for discipleship. The program will include discipleship and evangelism training and workshops.

Following the announcements, Pastor Jack Sara lifted a word of prayer and lunch was served.
