Linga- Eilaboun

Like most evangelical churches, Eilaboun Baptist Church held a special Good Friday service on April 13th.

The program included seven readings from the seven words pronounced by the Lord Jesus hanging on the cross. There were three devotionals shared by three people, including a poem presented by the poet Yousef Matta entitled “The Tale of the Cross”.

The Praise Team led in worship between each reading and devotional, the team consisted of Majd Shoufani, Ehab Obaid, Raghda Awad, Jihan Matta.

Brother Hanna Eid, an elder in the church presented a short message about the sufferings of Christ and at the end reminded the audience that Christ is alive and rose victorious over death thousand years ago. The service ended by partaking communion.
