Fadi Ghareeb for Linga

On Friday 22nd February 2013, Ambassadors’ Ministry celebrated its first year anniversary in the building of the Nazarene church in Haifa. Several young people from different evangelical churches throughout the country participated in the event.

Pastor Botrus Ghrayeb of the Nazarene church in Haifa welcomed the attendees who came from different places to celebrate this happy occasion. Afterwards, the ministry’s committee took up the celebration.

Following this, there was a time of praise and worship led by Sami Haddad and Nardine Ghrayeb as Ranin Ghrayeb took part by playing the keyboard. Yousef Arabian shared with a few readings from the Bible, followed by showing a short video clip, prepared by Luna Matar. The video showed several highlights from the Ambassadors’ Ministry throughout the past year.

Pastor Botrus shared an encouraging message from the Word of God ' Ecclesiastes 11:4-6', as he exhorted the ministry's team and emphasized the importance of evangelism with sowing the Word of God in the land. In conclusion of his message, he lifted up a special prayer for our nation and for the continuance of the ministry.

The ministry’s committee said to Linga’s correspondent: “We thank the Lord for His grace and for the way He led us throughout this past year. We are grateful to the servants of the Lord who encouraged and supported this ministry. We also extend our special thanks to all those who encouraged, supported us and to all the young people who participated in this event and who prayed with us and for us; they are truly an irreplaceable part of this ministry. We ask all of you to continue to pray for us, so that God would be all the more glorified in this nation.”
