Linga Report

The association for developing the Christian quarter in Jerusalem in collaboration with other Christian denominations organized a demonstration for denouncing the recent attacks on Churches and Christian cemeteries by fanatic Jews. The most recent attack took place last week.

About 70 people took part in the demonstration that started from outside the Holy Sepulchre Church (also known as the Christian Quarter) in the Old City of Jerusalem. The demonstrators then made their way towards Mount Zion, and lifted denouncing banners  which expressed their discontent with regards to the attacks of the fanatics on the Holy Places.

The Israeli police arrested four young Jewish settlers whose age is between 16 and 17 years old. The police caught them red-handed whilst throwing big stones on the gravestones in the cemeteries in Jerusalem in order to destroy them.
