Palestinian Bible Society delegation visits the office of Palestinian Prime Minister Dr. Ramy Hamdallah on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. A close friend of the Bible society; Father Yousef Saadeh of the Roman Catholic Church in Nablus shared about the unique relations between Muslim and Christian community.

Nashat Fellimon, President of the Palestinian Bible Society shared a brief presentation on the work of the Bible Society, goals, aspirations, church ministry, and development of relief work that’s being done in all areas of the West Bank and Gaza. Then Mr. Fellimon presented the Prime Minister a copy of the Bible and gave his congratulations on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, as he invited him to the opening of bible society new office in Tol Karem.

The delegation included a number of members of the advisory board of bible society, and some department managers. Member of the Advisory Board Mrs. Dima Yasser presented a symbolic gift for the Prime Minister's Office on behalf of the organization.

For his part, the President of the Ministers briefed the delegation on the latest developments in the peace process, “ sharing with the delegation that its visit radiates several important messages, most notably Muslim-Christian cooperation, coexistence and tolerance among religions, allowing people to live in peace and security, and this is our ambition to live in security and peace."

The Prime Minister has promised to participate in the opening of the new ministry office in Tol Karem, and expressed his support for the ministry’s important national role as he instructed to facilitate and support the work of bible society in all of its areas.
