Haifa - Linga

The Assemblies of God Church, under the leadership of Pastor Edward Tannous,  hosted the Ministers breakfast for this month on Saturday October 3rd in the Nazarene Church in Haifa, which is led by Pastor Botrus Ghraib. The day began at 9:30 in the morning with food and fellowship. A welcome was given by Pastor Edward and a prayer was offered by Pastor Fuad Sakhnini. Afterward everyone gathered in the church building for a meeting, which began with a prayer by Pastor Edward and short devotion from Hebrews 2:11. He then shared about his ministry in Haifa.

Pastor Botrus Ghraib asked a special request on behalf of FCSI (Fellowship of Christian Students in Israel) for each minister to send a list of students for the ministry to identify them and stay in touch with them during their academic studies.  Brother Anise Barhoum shared announcements of ministries including the annual Levi Program which joins Arab and Jewish believers, which will be held on the 13th of this month. Also, a meeting in Carmel church on the 12th of this month led by Pastor Yousef Ovadia. A group of European believers are coming to serve the believers in Israel in prayer ministry; they will be in Tantour.

Brother Monther Naoum shared general information about the ministries in the evangelical churches and about how to use gifts and abilities to make them effective in the community.
The Meeting ended with a word of prayer from Pastor Fuad Sakhnini and Pastor Nizar Touma.
