The Evangelical Baptist Church in Kfar Yassif concluded this year’s Children’s Camp on July 22nd. The camp, which drew about 60 participants grades K-6, ran from July 18-22 and was organized by the Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) under the leadership of Fadi Hanna. This year’s camp theme was “Jesus, my savior and my friend.” Each child received a T-shirt with this theme printed on the front.
 
The camp program consisted of one hour of praise and worship in the morning, followed by breakfast and three stations: drama, sports and water activities. During the final ceremony of the camp, parents were invited to watch a brief video clip summarizing the camp and were presented with handmade gifts from their children. Pastor Khaled Dalle shared a short message about the importance of raising children in the fear of the Lord.
 
The church thanks the Lord for His care and protection during the camp. They also thank: Pastor Khaled Dalle and Alice Farah for organizing, Kamilia Anton who coordinated games, CEF ministry and its volunteers for all their efforts, youth leaders who served in various capacities, and families who gave their time to help prepare breakfasts.
