Under the sponsership of Grace minsitry and coordination of Rose Obeid, 45 women from several evangelical churches of different villages and cities of Galilee gathered at  Maranatha Church in Ramah; to participate in a training day with pastor Andraus Abu-Ghazaleh, under the title: "How do we deal with the spirit of criticism and how to encourage and build each other. "

Renate Jeryes opened the meeting with a welcome and prayer, followed by Rose Obeid sharing a devotion on the subject of criticism from the Gospel of Matthew 7: 1 "Do not judge so as not to be judged." Pastor Khaled Dalle led a time of worship alongside with brother Ehab Obeid playing the piano.

Pastor Andraus taught on how to deal with the spirit of criticism and negative destructive criticism, and spoke about how to encourage each other as beleivers. At the end of the teaching there were prayers lifted for all women who are involved in ministry.

Surprisingly after the prayer, the members of Maranatha church served the attendees lunch meal.

The number of women attended 45 women, came from Baena, Haifa, Nazareth, Ableen, Eilaboun, Maghar, Kafr Yasif, Shefa-Amr, Peki'in and Ramah, too.

Rose Obeid shared with Linga: "This ministry is a vision from the Lord, and I am delighted seeing the existence of the fruits and women being equiped for ministry already, and this is what touches my heart." she shared too: "I thank the members of the Martanath church and its pastor Hatem Jeryes for hosting us."
