In an a beautiful atmosphere on Sunday, 11.12.2011 the election of seven new elders was held at the local Baptist church in Nazareth, in a special business meeting held for that reason.

This election comes as a fruit of the work of the Church's interim pastor Phil Hill and his supervision for a period of several months to prepare the church for recieving the new brothers whom God's call showing on their lives.

Supervising the counting of votes was: Elia Copty, Najed Azzam and Riad Haddad.

The new elected elders are:
- Ibrahim Coptic
- Bader Mansour
- Bishara Deeb
- Randy Green
- Rani Saba
- Rafiq Khalil
- Zaher Haddad

The church united in prayer for them led by Rev. Dr. Arthur Bryson and brother Botrus  Mansour.

By this step the former elders Riad Haddad, Azar Ajaj, Botrus Mansour leave this role after leading the church for fifteen years.
