500 Christian went from the Gaza Strip to Bethlehem through Beit Hanoun "Erez" checkpoint in order to participate in the Christmas celebrations in the city of the birthplace of Christ. After the Israeli government transactions facilitated transit for Christians on the occasion of the holidays.

The spokesman of the Interior Minister in Gaza, told Safa News agency; that 500 Christians out of 3000 living in the Gaza Strip, were able to cross into Bethlehem after the submission of permits for them and Israeli authorities facilitating for them to pass from Beit Hanoun checkpoint in the northern Gaza Strip, to be able to participate in the Christmas celebrations in Bethlehem this weekend.
